Transfer and Cancellation Policy
Transfer Policy
You may request a transfer to an alternate test session by contacting us. Your request for a transfer must be received at least 9 calendar days before the original test date. Please note that there is a transfer fee of $25 CAD + tax. Your request for a transfer must include:
- Your name and address as they appear on your Registration Form
- The name of the Test Centre you selected and the date and time of the test
- The name of the Test Centre and the date and time of the test to which you are transferring
- Your test Registration Number (if you have received your Test Admission Ticket)
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a test for which you have already registered, you may request a cancellation of your registration by contacting us. If your request for a cancellation is received at least 9 calendar days before the date of the test, you will be eligible for a refund of 50% of your registration fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received less than 9 calendar days before the test date.
Your cancellation request must include:
- Your name and address as they appear on your Registration Form
- The name of the Test Centre you selected and the date and time of the test
- Your test Registration Number (if you have received your Test Admission Ticket)
In the case of a serious illness or loss/bereavement, please contact the LPI Office no later than 7 calender days after the scheduled test date. Please be prepared to provide appropriate documentation and/or evidence (e.g., a medical note from a certified medical practitioner or a death certificate).
